I booked a single room, but I got a double room. I also needed to make an extra payment at the hotel. I am not satisfied with this service.

Cheater. After reaching the hotel they said all the rooms were full. When I asked for a refund they told me to go and collect it from customer care. When I contacted customer care they said sorry and the amount will be refunded within 24 to 48hrs. At 10 pm I am waiting outside the hotel looking for some other options. Even customer care has no other option to support me at this night.....

the room is not properly ventilated. feels like a hot oven when you enter in the evening after work.
Not so good.
basic stuff is missing.
Dental kit, bottle of water etc..

We were not provided with the necessities and we had to adjust with everything. The sheets were not clean, towels were not provided. Overall this has been one of the worst stay that I ever in trivandrum.

NO AIR CONDITIONER PROVIDED EVEN THOUGH THE FULL PAYMENT WAS DONE IN ADVANCE. I FELT LIKE REALLY CHEATED.
