Decent place for the price.
Pros:
- Responsive and friendly staff
- Decent size rooms and bed
- Big bathroom
- Ample parking
- Attached Veg /NonVeg restaurant
- Good air conditioning
Cons:
- Place looks a bit dated from outside
- Solar hotwater so limited capacity, but being in a hot costal climate it was not a big issue
- Has a Bar attached but Truck driver level. But can get drinks delivered to the room.
- Small TV in the room with limited channels

Good clean room, near highway and petrol pump, bus stand and gokarna beach, they arrange for auto, have good food options and shop inside hotel. helpful staff

worst experience I ever had. bad service. towels are dirty and not washed. Bathrooms are not hygiene. arrogant reception and staff. Food is prepared in a dirty environment. no trained staff. it looks good only from outside. think before booking. I stayed there for a day on 8th Feb 2024.

The room allocated on day1 was not at all hygiene. new room allocated on day2 upon talking to hotel senior staff. The room which was allocated was fine. The room which was allocated was fine.
However this is not recommended for family stay as this property contains multiple sub types like bar, restaurant, small shops...etc in the same campus.

AC doesn't work, it shows 16c but no cooling.
No hot water in bathrooms.
No auto power backup, had to call reception multiple times at night to start the generator

Konkanis visiting Kuladevata temples please avoid. There are bedbugs. No hot water available for bath in any of the rooms. No one available at front desk to address complaints. Unclean rooms with poor customer service.Waste of money people. Look for better places. Konkanis visiting Kuladevata temples please avoid.

There are better hotels available in Ankola. Overall service is poor. Rooms are not cleaned inspite of request.
