The stay however was manageable, but the staff and even the owner is so rude that I can't even imagine they are from the Hotel Industry. On our last day, we needed to stay for some hours more, but how much hours were needed we didn't know, as our ticket didn't get confirmed and we were confused as on how we will make it to our home place and the manager n owner were so furious over us as we were not able to decide our extension to be half day for 6 hours or full day. hotel is very neat and clean and specially it's very close to station and very near to Rajwada palace and lalbaug palace...Overall my experience is very good staff is very supportive..

The staff doesn't help at all. they don't have sweepers too who can clean the room. not at all happy with the service. Kindly arrange for a refund because I will check out immediately with this kind of experience.

stay denyad by Hotel at 1 AM midnight.. excuse was no mail indeed... thanks to Goibibo team.they support me at midnight...mobile no wrong exited by hotaler hotal location was good,staf was also good..my suggestion would be to all off you once you book your hotal please call and confirm otherwise you will be in problem 🙏

Charging Rs.500 for early check-in. The language and tone of Mr. Padamsinh at reception is very rude. Asked for hot water early in the morning but abruptly said not possible. But another person assured and done. Deluxe Room is not spacious and service is also fair. Parking space is not available. Language, non cooperation, service and parking.
