Rooms were good and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Suparna, who greets the guest always with a warm smile.

reception staff was didn't welcomed nicely, she even didn't smiled and also she was looking to us weird.
rooms whr not hygiene and food was very costly and they do late to bring food to rooms after giving order.

the hotel is good.
the bed length is very small my legs were outside the bed when sleeping.
but it's slightly far from city and price of food is very high..

Amazing hotel, good location and staff behaviour is good, Room are best in town i think, clean and very good rooms .

hectic experience,,, application shows flexible check in and check out...
but there is no options as such here and they told us to check out early by 12 even though checkout time was till 2

i had called and confirmed early check in against additional fees and the manager had confirmed my early arrival. but up on my arrival they denied me early check in. i had to run around in the city with family to get another stay which was so inconvenient.
the tv inside the room does not work
hot water in the bathroom does not work
the manager does not feel guilty for his mess up on the early check in denial.
staff does not speak kannada
its a pathetic hotel
