The room is not clean, the walls are too dirty, there is no cleaning in room as i can see ciggrates on the floor of room.
After switching off all the lights there is light which is continuously fluctuating.
Even the washroom is too dirty , TV is not working.
such a worst room i have booked ever.

Dear Goibibo Team,I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my recent booking with Booking at Antara by La Casa, Mussoorie.Although the check-in time was 1:00 PM, I checked in at around 5:00 PM. Upon entering the room, I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the accommodation. The room we got was very good.
The staff and management were very polite,congenial and always ready to serve.
We had a comfortable stay and a good time.

Total rating of this hotel is 1 star. In the room there is no towels, no tv remote, no water and no glasses, no electric kettle. Bed linen is very old, unpressed and in fact hotel is not maintained. The room rent should not be more than Rs 500/-

we booked room with balcony,firstly the room was smelling a lot as we entered the room, when asked they provides a regular ro water in used bottle and said the packed water bottle is no complimentory, there was no tea bags and milk powder in room.
Exhaust fan in washroom was not working b/c of that it was smelling a lot.
TV was not working nd had no remote with
there was soap on soap dispenser in bathroom.
Bed sheath sofa was not clean..we were carrying our own blanket and bedsheath so we manage ...more

location and views are the only best thing, room service and hospitality is very poor, tv is not working, dirty bedsheet and pillow cover. bathroom accessories are damaged. and you will not get anything before 8:30 am if you order something from hotel.

Worst experience. bedding was not up to the mark. cleanliness was maintained. photos does not match the reality. Disappointing experience
