all three stars for staff only. Rooms are very average, old linen, old infrastructure, no balcony views, and anything shown in pictures is not true. The staff was helpful, polite and cooperative

My recent stay at Anupam Hotel in Kasol was a complete nightmare. The rooms were outdated and poorly maintained, creating an uncomfortable living space. The staff, especially the receptionist, had a shockingly bad attitude and treated us with complete disrespect. Their indifference and slow response to requests were frustrating. Very nice and comfortable stay, the owner and the staff are very polite & decent. Food is good and the location of the hotel is just 10 mins away from kasol chawk main market, the local convenience is easily available from the hotel wonderful and happy stay

Only plus point is that the property is located on main road. Property is very old wooden cottage and not maintained. Room sizes are big but furnitures are not maintained. TV not available in Duplex and interconnected rooms. Wifi is confusing as different connections given for different floors. Non-veg food is extremely average in taste. No lift, no ceiling fans and AC in any room. only one side wall fan in rooms. Breakfast serving was not proper. Staff is co-operative but rooms do not justify t ...more

I love the experience of staying in Hotel Anupam by Mid orchard . The staff was very helpful , took care of all my needs. The property was clean and homely. The rooms were quite spacious. The hosts were always happy to help. Being a solo female traveller, I felt very safe and secure while being surrounded by such accommodating people. Would definitely suggest everyone to stay there while being in Kasol to make your memories more beautiful. A nig thumbs up!! 👍🏻 Safety, Homely environment and accomodating and helpful people around

It was one of the best experience staying with anupam by mid orchard.. The view is extraordinary..service is perfect..very helpful staff..must visit if you like to stay a little away from the market. It was worth every penny and loved the view..
