My booking was from 12th October to 13th October. I did the express check in through net as I was reaching Jaipur late at night. When I arrived at hotel with my wife at 1.30 AM on 13th October I found that the hotel manager didn’t have any information about my booking. As the manager was gentlemanly and cooperative he gave me the room and told me that, things we will settle next morning. The next morning he told me about the confirmation of my booking. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown
