Paid & Booked a business king bed AC room and got a single bed AC room. they are saying the Business AC room is not available.
In the single room itself AC Remote itself is provided after requesting.

Very Bad Experience
the hotel room was not clean and there were a lot of bugs moving all around including the bed. Other than that few cracks here and there on the floor.
The bathroom facility was very bad lighting was in the bathroom and especially during the night time it's very difficult to use the bathroom. overall the rooms have to be maintained properly
