I am old customer every year comes, since 2019. But this year found small cockroach in huge quantity in rooms. Should be treated properly, otherwise all are ok.

The property is very close to Thousand lights and Greams Road.The hotel is very clean and tidy.Most of all the staff of the hotel are really helpful and cordial. I must suggest this property for safe and comfortable stay.

Great Service
The team will proactively call you to make sure our arrival time and for setting up the room.
Front desk is so good in his work. He got the right skills in hospitality.
Rooms are of best quality with respect to the price and the team is ready to assist you for any queries.
I think they don't have an inhouse kitchen but food delivery is available and the reception team will collect the food and deliver it to our Room.
I will choose the same hotel again in future as well.
Ps: The front desk have good language skills so there won't be any issues in Communication.
