it lacked the amenities shown as "yes" while booking, like tv, bathoom exhaust was not working, the room was a bit dirty however they cleaned it upon request, location is good, food menu offered was economical and taste was ok, right behind main mall road, overall good stay

Tidy room. very good and polite staff. Amazing service. The uncle ji at the reception is very sweet and provides all that we need.

mind blowing hotel. good staff. no food during off season. it looks like a 3 star accomodation. manager staff less talkative and more service oriented. manali is a nice place and with such hotels people like us who wants five star accomodation at lodge price is a blessing. and it's just near to upmarket mall road.

Dont expect 3 or 4 star services. However Best in Budget Hotels.
Room & Bathroom was nice and clean. Nice view from balcony.
Staff was polite.
Blanket was old and stained. No tea or coffee & electrical kettle in the room.

having a worst ever experience. 1.reception remains empty.
2. no staff to carry our luggage to our rooms.
3. amenities mentioned are not available.
4. very arrogant behavior from the staff present.
5. very bad behavior of the receptionist when I asked for Wi-Fi password.

proper clean, hygienic and the most important is very less distance from Mall Road, Manali. Budget friendly, view from outside window is superb, staff friendly.
