I've travel with my family from Mathura to West Bengal and need one night stay at Bharatpur because of my train boarding from there, I found this hotel at cheap price but far away from Railway station (other side of city). When I reach this hotel the condition is completely messy and they saying under construction, since we reach hotel at 2 hour late from check-in time and manager or reception start argue on us instead of making cleaning.

hotel service was amezing. Hotel staff wag very sincere. all the hotel members have a good behaviour. privacy also secure. room was good 👍. i am very satisfied

most of their guests are local.. avg to low class hotel, owner and staff ignored u if u asked for tv recharge and other things.. like ac on off , chairs, etc.. but there is some new boys who helped me instead of receptionist and owner . they fulfilled my askings .. so for them I m giving 3 star.

Never come to this hotelno cleanliness, water is not good and check time is shown 12:00PM but they told us to check out at 11:00VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE Goibibo should also take care of this

All things were good apart from no late check-out option. I forced me to check out @11am,but their standard time was 12pm.Ask me for double charge for late check out.

hotel was disgusting, very bad experience in this hotel. they don't know cleanliness, I booked deluxe ac room but hotelier repeatedly switch off ac from outside of room, my check out time is 12 pm but hotelier said for checkout at 10.30 am, tobacco rapper found in my bathroom and very dirty dustbin if you see that dustbin you can easily vomit in room, and bucket and mug for bathing is very dirty, they provide bowel for food that are very dirty. they buy vegetables from outside at 100 rupees and ...more
