The room and washroom were dark and unhygienic. The caretaker was unhelpful. The shower gel tube was not working. They were only focusing on how to charge extra to travellers not on giving butter experience to customers. The blanket and bedsheet were uncleaned.

our stay was good and they have all the amenities mentioned in the description. A mini fridge was also in the room. The view from the room was also very good. The staff was very cordial and helpful. Parking was also available for 5-6 cars. lift was also working. Though the approach road is steep and not in very good condition but it is around 100mtr from the main road and manageable. Overall good stay and value for money.

Good hotel with all necessary amenities, staff is polite & courteous , food is good but they always forget something when ordering for room service. View is good from back and front facing rooms . Rooms are good & washrooms are clean with geyser installed so 24 hrs hot water . Parking is for upto 8-9 cars . Overall stay was comfortable. Note : Entry from main road is very steep & long .
