1 Location wise good place2. Rooms very small area.3.Cleanliness poor. Floors sticky, recommended slippers inside, Linen average standard.4.Washrooms average.5.Staff helpful and cooperative.6. Food @ restaurant is good.Nothing much, it depends on your choice!

the location is perfect, but the room and washroom were not cleaned properly. dishes in the restaurant were filled with stains.

hi. we booked room. we were given a room very near to kitchen. horrible smell. we asked for change of room. after a long wait another room was allotted, with dirty linenquite rude behaviour of man at receptiondrinking bottled water was over chargedover all we regret for booking room at apple residency

booked a deluxe room, no ventilation, no natural light because the window is hidden by another side building, insects all around cupboard, mattress, and in toilet. since the ventilation is not sufficient there is a bad smell in the room.
