there was no ac or geyser in the room. hot water was available only upon request. there was no kettle in room contrary to the claim on goibibo. the food was not tasty and the kitchen was not clean. however one or two staff members were very pleasant which helped us pass the night. overall, an unpleasant experience for the price paid.
