The hotel management is very poor. they gave us nonAC room for AC room booking inspite of full payment

as per ur advt. it is stated that it is 200 mts from temple. this aranmagan paradise is situated arond 2.5 kms plus to temple and built in a separate area but with the same name for fooling customers. from this place to temple autos charge rs.200 one way as this is in an odd place. no lift. not senior citizen friendly. its nothing but fooling people with same name

1.no hangers for cloth holding.
2.toilet flushout was not working.
3. no bath towel.
4. compliment soap & shampoo not provided.
5. bathing water spilled into room.
6. bill not provided.
