Walkable distance from Trivandrum Central Railway Station & KSRTC Bus Stand. Comparatively New building, neat & clean rooms, providing toiletries & drinking water. Not provided assistance to reach room from counter, instead handed over key and pointed out lift. Parking arranged with lift facility with assistance.Busy vegetarian restaurant in the ground floor, but no room service.

Rooms are very nice and hygenic. Service also quite well. Over all it is good.
For senior citizens this trip helps and we enjoy in this hotel. Bath room and other amenities are good.

I had a pleasant stay at Ariya Nivas hotel. Rooms are very neat and clean. The property is very near to Central railway station. I have also suggestions for improvements; not enough lights in the room, especially bathroom. There is kettle in the room to have tea/coffee. very good thing . It would have been better if ceramic cups are provided instead of plastic type. Rooms not big in size. Overall nice stay. thank you

Best hotel to stay very near to Railway Station and Bus Stand.
Helpful Staff and best restaurant.

Nice hotel room comfortable for 2 persons only. Rooms are little bit old and smaller but well maintained. Toilet also small but clean. Hot water available. They provide toiletries and towel. Suitable for family also.
