The stay at Hotel ARK residency was fabulous. Only one minor concern that the hotel is away from city center which may occur travel charges if you are not coming by your car.

I find this hotel ARK residency very good with Spacious clean room & beautiful surrounding room service is also found too good overall it is nice to stay here from 5th Jun to 7th Jun They also arrange local conveyance to explore Panchmarhi in proper manner. Thanks & Regards Jitendra Mathur kanpur

Great location just few km away from centre, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff. It was well maintained with excellent service, great value for money. I was very pleased with my stay at Arc residency.

There is no hot water available. null. Be ready to manage with cold water. No manager is available to attend to customer needs. Instead there is a caretaker who doesn't care about the guest and sleeps till 8 am. There is a room service boy who manages all small tasks of all rooms but he is absent between 8pm to 8am. Rooms are spacious. We didn't order any food and neither we saw any food being served in other rooms.
