Very bad cleanliness. All bedsheets, towels and comforters are soiled with dirty marks. Service quality is very poor. Even though we checked in at 8 pm instead of 12pm, room is not ready. They made us wait for half hour.

they have changed our room at late night that room is so horrible no lock to close the door and even washroom door is not working continuously making calls to vacate room before 11 am to horrible to stay management is too bad that they are not providing water bottles until we ask and we stayed for 4 days they provide complementary water bottle for 1 day when questioned and gad a querals they provide water bottle this is horrible never visit this hotel arka

price too high, room like rs. 500. bathrooms not good, getting smelll.. room walls and chairs very bad … even landline also not available in room. ac not working properly and remote not worked.. service is too worst.. i never go again
