my stay at art bliss was quite disappointing. the hostel was extremely dirty, and basic hygiene was not maintained at all. the rooms and washrooms were poorly cleaned, and it felt very uncomfortable staying there. on top of that, the location is in a cramped, shrinking area, which makes it feel very congested and not at all peaceful. definitely not the kind of experience i was hoping for in rishikesh. would not recommend unless cleanliness and comfort are not a priority for you.
