very helpful and polite staff. considering the location, the rates are decent. the breakfast spread was amazing. the rooms and amenities provided were great. all essentials provided were great including wifi.

I booked their Pearl Room it's big & good bed is comfortable + breakfast is tasty only thing is check out time is early at 9.30 keep that in mind and plan your trip or before booking ask them for late check outs with minimum or no cost (I paid 1000 extra as I had to check out at 4.

The stay was pathetic. There was no hand wash that was in the room. Irregular service, the staff did not care to refill the bottles & charged us on every bottle we asked. Further, just for a couple of hours, they charged 700 for a guest who stayed for sometime because of a delayed flight. I don't understand on what basis 700 Rs were charged. Even the electricity consumption per day does not exceed 700 Rs. Will never recommended this hotel to anyone. Professionalism!

what worked well: 1. great food, 2. good rooms, 3. neat and clean hotel. what didnt work and can be improved: 1. AC was pathetic and didn't work well 2. pointless WiFi didn't stay connected and had to stay on mobile date 3. hotel staff wasnt updated and would question if we have a room at the hotel and which room while moving in the premises great food, good rooms, neat and clean hotel.
