Service is very poor. Non co operative staff. Asking for offline booking in their another property. No hot water. No watter bottle, no internet wifi, No paper napkins even after demand. Room which was given to me was not clean. No lift. *Very poor service*. Do not book rooms in this property. Very bad.

Hot water availability is limited. Booked for 3 bed online , but only double bed room given with one small extra bed which was difficult to accommodate in that room. No lift .
