suggest please do not book this hotel reasons are as follows. 1.They give only 1towel for 2guest and towel are torned. 2. there is no gyiser or boiler in washroom. 3. we had visited 3Pm still they told us to wait for 20minutes as room are not cleaned. 4. they have not provided even a glass of water to us. 5. water is salty and nuls are not working. 6. Bedsheet are smelling. rubbish...

The owner was very friendly in nature .water supply was 24 hours and clean bed . Owner didn't tooked extra charges with us even we reached 2 hours ago from check in time. goona visit this hotel again if I come Agra .

I had booked the hotel on 10th Feb because I had an exam next day. we had informed the hotel management that we will reach the hotel in the night on that day and they said 'no problem sir, aap aaram se aaiye'. But when we reached the hotel, management said that they have given my room to someone else because they had called me and they thought that we are not coming (while the payment was paid already through the app).But the reality was the guy did not even dialed my number. Hotel is so nice .everything is proper . Hotel room clean and proper higenic and hotel near the tajmahal walking distance Hotel is located VIP road . Anyway no disturbance in hotel and so silently enviroment

Horrible & pathetic experience. Never Ever Think such a thing before a book this "dharamshala". Dirty room Dirty pillow Dirty bed Dirty washroom Late check in No water in bathroom No drinking water No hot water No intercom working There are single staff for the entire hotel. BIG NO FOR EVERY TRAVELER better u can stay at any good Dormitory.
