The rooms were very clean
the bathrooms were amazing and were kept clean
just if there was adaptive check-in time this would be a gem

poorly maintained rooms, they could have done a better. sheets are old and bad. feel is not good. i don't recommend to any one.

Bedsheet wasnt clean, floor full of dirty shoews marks, toilet wasnt clean, staff was good, i asked house keeping girl then she changed all bed sheet and comfort and replaced clean and neat bedsheet and comfort and pillow covers, floor also cleaned, Out side room coridoor floor was very dirty and water leackge from sealing, Lift was very very dirty and smily and people were spitted inside lift, actually Hotel is very good rooms are specious but management are not maintaining i booked Room for 2 ...more

Hotel is not even clean n bedsheets n blankets r not clean, they r not allowed us at 11,30Am into room because customers should be come to hotel after 12Pm only they said.I have booked AC deluxe room but ther ac is not even working i used fan rather than AC

Such a worst hotelVery poor facilities..! No cleanliness at all..! No hot water in a cold morning..! After several calls, a room boy supplied the hot water from other room..! Imagine taking bath in a bucket of water..! No shower..! Very disappointed..!!

Its a good option for travellers who are looking to halt at Dharwad enroute to North Goa. The hotel is close to Karnataka University and is located in what appears to be a shady looking building from outside. However, the rooms are clean and spacious with a large balcony overlooking a canopy of trees. The hot water faucet wasn't working and the room service lad was kind enough to deliver a bucketful of hot water to our room. This hotel is located slightly off the highway and one may find it a little difficult to locate it if one reaches Dharwad late at night.
