property was good. room is pretty clean and bigger size. the main thing is hospitallity and in the name os service they even dont provide you water in time. they took 2 hours after multiple reminders to provide tea or water. some time they also suggested to order food through zomato.

- wifi not working properly
- need to wait at reception for 30 minutes for check-in

Worst Experience
Pure Negligence by the Hotel. The Bathroom window is totally open. This is sheer harassment as the staff never told us about it and provided such room to us.

Room was big and spacious. Restaurant service is a bit delayed but staff is cooperative and listen to our needs. Overall nice stay.
