The overall experience at the hotel was not satisfactory especially with the staff as they don't seems to belong to the Hospitality industry, the staff interaction is gross they are mostly rude and unwilling to help, except Mr Subash who is always willing to help, the other two staff are a very bad fit for the industry. Very poor experience.i had booking for executive class on visiting hotel initially they provided room with twin bed on asking for king size bed they denied no other rooms available. On complaining to customer care they provided me the room with non working AC . At last I had no other option then to stay in twin bed room which looked very normal.Food and breakfast is very poor with 2 3 options only with repeated menu daily.During dinner they provide one time chas and ice cream on asking again t ...more

Very costly property. Pathetic breakfast and rooms are smelly. Property should be improved and atleast buffet should be arranged for breakfast.

room was neat, toilet was clean, they turned on the hot water on our request at 11.30pm at night, food room delivery food was prompt. Here, the only annoying thing was the smoke detector on the 4th floor corridor, which beeped every 40 seconds and was loud enough to keep you awake in your room. insist on getting rooms at the lower floors, not at the 3rd or 4th floor.
