Wash room leakages to be stopped. Breakfast to be improved a lot. Wash room to be sprayed regularly. Some kind of odour comes when door opened. For 1 day stay it is ok.

Restrooms could be better as there was a bad odour . And room cleanliness was okay as we found cockroaches in the room . Just for a day it's preferable to stay

extremely pathetic staff, pranit and GM deepak.
ac malfunctioned during our stay sometime in the night, i woke up completely sweating.
when i complained, they both were saying it is not their fault as I complained late. how am i supposed to complain in the middle of my sleep?
escalated to GM deepak and he said he will look into it and then blocked my number

Rooms are good but AC was not working the whole time.
Service was good, House keeping was available at all times.
Reception always answered our calls.
Food Is okay.
Overall 3/5.
Stayed here due to heavy rains in Salem.
Decent place to stay.

The exterior of hotel is good. The rooms were looking little old. The dinner has restricted amount wherein breakfast is buffet. Otherwise cleanliness was good.

It was a horrible experience. For double occuppancy, provided with one toothbrush, one towel, and what not? All toiletries in single. The one piece of soap supplied is of washing soap, as it smells like that. No WiFi as promised during booking. Even drinking water not supplied, no hot water for drinking. Instead charged me Rs. 32 for a litre of water of MRP 20.Bathroom was really dirty with a dimlight, couldnot even shave. For every service have to wait for long.
