the experience wasn't so nice. even though the check-in time is at 12 pm the room was not ready when we arrived at 1:15. the staff is cordial, but the management is not up to the mark. two rooms were provided for the time being at the time of check in and other rooms are ready by evening only. one room they provided at 8 0 clock. the amenities are poor.they do not provided with towels or soap. the room smells punjent. power failure is another issue we faced. back up is only operational during th ...more

i wanted cancelation but ur costumer service support was worst we have simply lost our money so my suggestion is to receive payment if 50% before booking that too 3k we have paid but worst service disappointed
