Room’s Windows are useless... water leaking from closed window. and you can’t keep windows open during rain all water comes in with the wind.. no provision for shade on window. Not granted even one hour extension on late checkout.. earlier they saying it’s fully booked, large group has booked rooms and later after checkout they let us stay for more two hours with 1000 additional… they are greedy and rigid… smile on the face with greed and rigidity inside. 1-We stayed there 2 night and 2 days but Checkout time was 10am and check in time was 12pm..it means they took money for 47 hours (2days calcutation) when they say 2 night and 2 days it should be 48 hours but we get 1 hour less, this is really a concern. 2- when anyone order food in room rates were different and for some items difference was by 70/- rs.. This is very strange. I have never seen any hotel which charge different prices if we order in room 3- parking place far from hotel and if it is far then there should have been cctv or security given by hotel but there was nothing like this

It's nice hotel for families, having good room service and in dine service. Food is at reasonable rates and affordable. The property also has a swimming pool and small garden play area for kids.This is a kids friendly property and they will enjoy this place.
