the room, which was supposed to be an executive luxury room , was extremely filthy and unclean. the bedsheet had visible stains, and the bathroom smelled like a public restroom. there were no basic amenities in the room—not even soap, towels, or drinking water. when we requested these essentials, the staff was rude and demanded an additional service charge just to change the bedsheet and provide soap! it’s shocking to pay for a room that, on any other day, wouldn’t be worth more than ₹800-₹1,000. the images shown are extremely misleading!

Rooms are different as shown in the photos. also, few of amenities are not available like refrigerator, geyser, sofa etc. when we asked, they said that we booked the normal room but there are only one room exists while booking. we have to pay extra amount to stay in a good room. Also, there are water problem in the early morning. Lift is not working most of the time. daily room service also not done. And there are power outage for almost 5 hours during our stay.
