stay was good.... rooms were clean
bedsheet were also neat and clean all days
just one issue that infront of Hotel lot of garbage is there and no one care about it

i had booked room for 3 nights.
initially i had given a room in which wash room was dirty and smells. so, asked to change the room but it took repeated follow up with them to change the room. after 2nd day evening time, finally given another room, which was better.
food was good
on time room service only after 1st day after spoken to manager in person.
as mentioned in amenities, some of them were not available. so had to adjust.
overall an average stay.

the following are the drawbacks :1. the bathrooms are not neat and clean 2. hot water comes in both the taps (hot and cold taps), 3. tv connection not available, 4. parking is not available and it's a major drawback. we cannot park anywhere on the street as there are boards saying that there will be a fine of rs 1000 if we park on the road. properties around the complex are not at all co-operative and throw mud and cement on our cars if we park over night. good that they did not damage the vehic ...more
