TV - recharge not done, AC - remote not working, AC in one corner, BEd on the other, no air circulation, Lot of Broken Stuff, Bugs and Mosquitoes, Rooms feel stuffy and Toilets are stinky. While check in they say your room is given to someone else, take alternate so called suite room which has nothing in good condition. Due to no proper air circulation and heat, had to sit entire night on the chair in front of AC to stop sweating.
no wonder full amount was taken at the time of booking and it is made no refundable. HORRIBLE STAY

the reason why we chose this hotel because it is near to ssb, bengaluru & has lot of good food joints nearby. lift is good & in working condition. staff is co-operative.

I took the bigger room.
Positive: bigger room
Negatives:
1. The MCB board of the room with all the live wires goes down every now and then and the hotel staff expects you to fix it by yourself by hitting different parts of the mcb board.
2. The bathroom has clear glasses on the top which breaches privacy a lot since there is a office building right in front.
3. They give rooms on 4th floor with no lifts. The lift has been down since weeks and no fixes have been done.
