not a 4 star property, poorly managed rooms, ac were not working, dirty cushion covers and bedsheet. also the price was reasonable. below 1000 is okay.

very bad experience. hotel staff behaviour is very bad and non cooperative and was asking 1k more for one extra matters.

When we reached the bed linen was so dirty and had to ask for it to be changed. Then had to ask for the shower to start working. Noisy place, guys playing loud music and screaming and shouting. Not worth the ratings.

it was fine stay.however mentioned amenities are missing and misleading,like jacuzzi is mentioned in room amenities but it was not there,when we asked why they have mentioned if not available in room they very rudely ignored and didn't answer us.1.incorrect amenities mention like jacuzzi but missing2. not giving discount of 20% on food however mentione3. rude behaviour when asked about above points.
