My booking in Atithi palace Delux AC Room but hotel provide simple AC room in another hotel Sundar service very bad. RO water not available in morning.

Dirty room and very small. No tv. and windows also don't have locks.
If you want to leave ypur expensive items, you have to do it on your own risk.

the price of hotel was so high I booked it in however the rooms worth are not of 500 . their are spider web everywhere, washrooms have leakage . AC was not working in walls are so dirty in my complimentary breakfast they served the food in paper cups and paper plates which we get from streat carts. staff is good but not satisfied with rooms and hospitality.
