I reached the hotel around 10 PM and checked in as usual. However, upon arrival, the staff claimed I had already visited the room and taken water bottles and soaps, which was completely untrue. Once I actually entered the room, I found that towels were missing. Even after requesting them, it took around 30 minutes to receive them.I called the reception again for support, but was told that assistance would only be provided in the morning. stay was not good
unprofessional behavior of staff rajat sharma, so rude and one of the worst staff behavior .
service is pathetic and no proper food service, went out side and had dinner.
