Staff was cooperative and friendly. They even provided upgraded suit for us and it was spacious, neat and clean. Would highly recommend .

i asked glass,they replied buy then only they will give glass i asked ice cube s they send in plastics food container i asked where is the ice cube box if you order , then only i will give you ice cube box they reply like that

There was no water supply in the bathroom one day in the morning.
Daily night there was lot of construction activity noise, over all a very bad experience.

attide hotel could not be contacted inspite of calling them several times. ringing but no one picks up.
message sent to their mobile numbers are not answered.
surprisingly even e mails sent to their GM is also not answered inspite of sending reminders.
was provided twin bed although we asked for doube bed at the reception.
restaurant, breakfast, reception area.

Hotel room service and house keeping was too slow. They are less attentive towards guests staying in hotel. Had to call so many times to get things done. Service not upto the mark as per the room charges.
