it's third class hotel and staff . I had booked same hotel from ibibio but check in was denied . staff was not cooperative.

1. another blanket was not provided even after 3 time request made to them. 2. we requested for RO water for drinking purpose, however they provided us the mineral water. 3. geyser is not working and one more thing english toilet was also not in a usable condition. OVERALL WASHROOM IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE FOR USE. AND THE BEHAVIOUR OF HOTEL MANAGEMENT IS NOT TOLERABLE as no response to our SEVERAL REQUESTS.

Linens are filthy. asked multiple times to change but there is no response. AC Is not working. WiFi is not working. bathroom is .
