i had a fantastic stay at the aura grand! the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the front desk . the room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring the city

As the name suggests, Hotel Level Up seriously needs to improve its standards. The room we were given was extremely cramped — barely any space to walk or open two suitcases. What you see in the pictures is totally misleading. The AC made a loud, scooter-like noise, and the fan regulator didn’t work either. The entire room was dusty and clearly not cleaned properly. Level up hotels are great to stay.. cleanliness is good and helpful staff..
just need to improve room service and in dining experience..
taste of food was not as expected from an amritsar hotel
