very bad experience, ever I faced, I was with my wife, receptionist refused to stay, I booked another room for her, double cost paid🥲🥲🥲😰😰😰

It was worst experience that I ever had in my life. Photos of the rooms are misleading and fake. Rooms were really in bad condition. Never book this hotel

The best hotel in Basti. The hotel was really good value money.The staff were very polite and supportive.They provided me with a towel and a soap. Ensuite bathroom was very hygienic.The room was clean and there were no power cuts in the night.It is located along the highway.

Very poor service. staff demand extra charges to customer for stay. if customer denied, then they rejected booking. they misbehave to female customer. I think they should close their hotel
