The worst management i came across in zikarpur hotel.. the hotel is newly built n look like lavish only outside..interior of the hptel is not at all luxury as the name suggest.. the food r worst we got rotten food n even the services is late .. the room which provided to us is not good also even we asked for the another room but they denied...which is the bad gesture....so total waste of the money.. in tht amount u will get much better hotel in Zirakpur

food at their in-house restaurant is also exceptional

the stay was very good overall. the ambience of the hotel and café is super cool—really enjoyable and well-designed.
the room service was slightly slow; we had to remind them four times before receiving a shaving kit, which was a bit inconvenient.
however, apart from that, everything else was excellent—the stay, food, ambience, cleanliness—all were up to the mark.
would definitely recommend the place with a small suggestion to improve service response time.

We had a great stay at Ava hotel.. rooms are beautifully designed.. beds are so comfortable. Food is also good.Staff is really nice of all the positions. Specially Mr Mihir from front desk (manager) was really nice and helpful

Beautiful boutique property with all the amenities, nicely designed rooms . specially thanks to housekeeping for turndown service and courteous all the time.
