Staff behaviour is kind. Food is also tasty. Only main issue is weak signal in rooms.

The hotel is value for money. Food quality is also good. I usually stay here when I am in Agra. The staff is polite and courteous.

Had great fun at palms the restraunt is great and staff is happy to assist for any thing you need
Nice hot water 24 hours rooms have kettle and minibar fridge.

“my stay at avalon palms was exceptional! the ambience was perfect, the rooms were spotless, and the staff was incredibly active and responsive. one standout aspect was the outstanding service—i checked out at 2 a.m. to catch a train, and the owners were personally present at that hour. they went above and beyond by offering to drop me at the station in their car, which truly shows their dedication to guest care. i enjoyed my stay so much that i even extended it by an extra day. highly recommend avalon palms for a comfortable and unforgettable experience!”
