Very bad experience. Reception staff argued with me that while I had booked a deluxe room, even though they shifted me into a room that was not clean, cockroaches were still moving all around the bed and in the room, and the bedsheets were also very dirty. Totally disappointed with my experience with this hotel.

room was not clean ,bed sheet was not clean, t.v was not started,i reached hotel in night 11pm and leave hotal early morning 7.30,diwaro per bahut sidan thi room ki, change karne ko bola, to hotel clerk bola ,yahi room he, jabki baki room khali thae

Nightmare place. Extremely dirty with bugs crawling in bed. Dirty blankets with no cover. Avoid this place at all costs.

Checked in and immediately checked out as the staff was not cooperativeTried to get some other room but only 1 room was available and that was totally mess. Pillow covers were totally torn, doors were not locking, no exhaust fan in washroom + total foul smell in the room. Expecting total refund of my payment amount.

Hotel staff is good, food quality is also good. Room was clean but bathroom condition was very poor. Overall stay was nice.
