The reasonable place with good location from which almost three beaches are accessible. I do recommend it for middle class people who don't afford a lot.

THIS ROOM IS NOT BETTER FOR FAMILY & COUPLE TO STAY HERE (NO FAN IS PROPER WORKING IN NON AC RROM NO DRINKING WATER FASILITY AND NO WIFI AND BREAK FAST AND NO ROOM SERVICE AVAILABLE BED SHEET AND PILLOW AND BLANKETS ARE VERY DIRTY AND BAD SMELL & DUST EVERY WHERE IN THE ROOM NOT CLEAN EVERY DAY NO HAND WASH AND SOAP IN WASHROOM AND BATHROOM) VERY BAD EXPERIANCE IN THIS AVE MARIA HOLIDAY HOME ROOM AND WIFI DO NOT SUGEST THIS HOTEL

it's worst and I have booked 4 nights before and 1 night separate but when I reached property its was very bad not at all Similar to shown picture and I left same day and also canceled that one day also

it was ok stay. rooms were not clean. bathroom condition is very bad. I'll not recommend anyone to go there

very Poor Services, Hotel a have nothing to do with hospitality, No water in room for drinking, Room have nothing to do anything with cleanliness, Even Same shop in building not aware that it is Ave Mariya Holiday home ,

Yes. My experience was too good. But we have to buy drinking water. So that was only concern. If this problem is for Goa then it is ok. Please try to solve this problem.

PATHETIC.. The rooms were stinky. Care taker is never present in reception. Its more like a dormitory. No soap. No water at night. Even electricity issues. Worst stay I ever had.

the room was horrible...the curtains were transparent and the curtains were not properly attached to the wall..it kept falling...the room was smelling..there was no soap or anything to even wash the hand.
