The Amenities was not good at all even not put bathrobe and slippers in the room. We have to ask them for that. Plus no bathtub in the bathroom has shown in the picture and secondly day it took one hour to find out room Also, the room was so dirty. It was not clean air freshener was not working. AC was not working. TV was not working fridge was not working. Totally pathetic

Stay and place was very good, But the location provided was wrong and I was not allowed to enter from the gate mentioned in location, contact number of average suites provided doesn’t take calls after trying 10 times and even has not even taken courtesy to call back , customer which is trying to contact them- the manager is providing zero customer service

Overall experience was pathetic. The rooms are very old and stinking due to rain. The taps in jacuzzi are broken and not functioning properly. It seems that the rooms was closed from a long time and the dust are there on the sofas and in the air.

they give only room and cart facility only from room to reception and only one restaurant is there which is approachable

The property is situated in a place which values privacy. The suites are spacious and hence good value for money. Cleanliness was also upto the mark. However, service seemed a bit slow in the room service department. Overall a great experience of one wants to just sit back and relax.

Room was nice and clean, but jacuzzi was horrible, felt like I wasted the money on that part..Ala carte options were delicious but bit much of oily..at the other end complimentary breakfast was terrible, they couldn't make simple eggs, overall apart from food and jacuzzi we enjoyed our stay in the big property but given the choice will surely go for some other options😊

Food and amenities were amazing. hotel was also really good. nice hot tub with a decent view nice time spent. good amenities and large location to explore
