room is not given as per the shown in app. washroom is not proper.gizer not working.swtich boards are not good. staff behaviour is good but other facilities are not proper as per the shown in Goibibo.

Bedsheet , blanket , pillow covers were not clean . There were lots of small cockroaches in room. leakage in washroom tap.
Owner'a behaviour was good but the staff was a bit rude.

AC wasn't working
then room changed
too much noise from lobby
even for bathroom heater, had to inform to reception that they will switch on from there then only can use

The issues are given below and for the particular issues I can't provide photos of the that.Taken Rs. for giving check-in a bit early by 10:15 am instead of 12 pmMoreover Room ACs were controlled from counter person itself, and in morning hours they will switch off the ACs and if customer requires AC the customer needs to request to the hotel management to switch on the AC switch.

I checked out 25mins late and they asked for more 200rs. But overall rooms were nice and clean. located in good area with availability of many hotels/Restaurants nearby.

service was not good.food is not available. even you will not get the tea in your room.but the best thing is many expensive hotels are there in the same building. hotel is on main road so you can get any taxi or auto easily .good surroundings.peaceful location.some staffs are really good.this is a new hotel.
no restaurant. bad service.no room cleaning.besheet was not changed for many days.
