Extremely Disappointed – Unacceptable Experience at Avenue 18 (Stay on 25th April)
This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Our stay at Avenue 18 on 25th April was ruined due to a large group of 80–100 people who checked in at the same time. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff completely ignored us and shifted all their attention to the group.

worst experience
there was a group of around 100 people in the hotel and were totally ignored by hotel management.
1. we were not allowed to enter the pool because of arrangements for them.
2. no food was available for us in restaurant
3. group was dri king alcohol openly in the resort
4. they were dancing and shouting
5. loud music and bad behaviour
6. full resort was captured by them were were fighting for small small things
NOT ACCEPTABLE. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.
I NEED FULL REFUND ASAP. CALL ME BACK

It was a good stay. We had a wonderful experience there. Room was spacious with a pool and mountain view. River flowing by the hotel. Food was tasty. Overall a nice experience. Will recommend this stay to everyone.

The overall hotel experience is poor.
pros:
the only pros evening dj night.
cons:
the hotel management is very poor.
they will charge you the meal after the opt of MAP meal.
location is too far from rishikesh.

The Resort is known for its excellent staff who provide friendly service. Guests frequently mentioned the great location of the resort, with beautiful river and mountain views. The restaurant serves good food and offers stunning views of the river and mountains The rooms are spacious, lovely, and include balconies with beautiful views. In addition, the amenities are well-maintained, and guests consistently report a clean and hygienic stay.
