We got our room around 3:00 PM, but it still wasn’t ready for checkout. When we asked why, they explained that staff availability was the issue, which caused the delay. Before booking this hotel, it’s important to confirm the check-in and check-out times directly with them. The hotel's notice board mentions an 11:00 AM checkout time, This inconsistency leaves us uncertain about the correct timing.
