room were small & untidy
bed was very much uncomfortable
bedsheets were not clean
there was fungus in the walls

the stay was very good. The hotel management was very cooperative. The cleanliness was on the mark. parking space was ample
the reception and support team was very supportive and were very knowledgeable i will surely recommend the stay and will visit next time
as a family the staff and the ambience of the hotel was safe and clean

The stay is fantastic, Rooms are Clean, Every amenities are working and Staff and room service is good and the location is a plus point, Only thing I'm giving 4 star is for Flexible check in option it's showing 4PM to 6PM but the reception don't know about that they are telling 4PM to 4PM.Good

Worst experience ever.. no proper service.. no water bottle provided when asked directed towards the water filter which was at its worst condition. bad experience to the highest level.. rooms are dirty..
Cleanliness not maintained, room full of dust.. not given water bottle when asked and water filter is att some corner and not in usable condition due to a lot of dust around it.

Hotel is too old for the price, Hot water is not available 24 hrs,toilet jet spray also too old to work efficiently,Receptionist old man is rude as he rudely told us to wait outside when while we are entering for cleaning purpose in the entrance

No kettle at room not even a water bottle at room, had booked suit room but it was not upto the mark bed was too small literally I feel down never recommend this to any one

Overall good property and value for money, tasty food. But front office staff not suitable for the post since doens't have manners to speak with guest. Should be replaced with young staff to treat the guest in humble and give their prominent services instead of arrogance like how existing front office staff will behave.
