the room is ok only compare to price can’t acceptable due to cleaning the blankets and bed are not clean well lots of hair and room amenity’s are less not even water bottle available. and i waited for breakfast until 9 am. and i ordered one tea in morning and they didn’t provide even i told the i can pay for that still they didn’t serve it.

The AC was not working. Rooms were very dirty. There were spiders and mosquitoes in the room and bathroom. When we told the staff to change our room they were very rude and denied that they won't change the room. The bedsheets and toilet seat were stinking. The door lock was also broken.

i had to change 3 rooms- one was not clean, the ac was not working in another room and after a lot of repetitive complaints they didn't fixed the wifi.

Not a good stay at this time, there were rats all over the ceiling running and making noise during night, loud drill noise in the morning. Although Staff was nice but we stayed to have some peaceful time which has been ruined so far.
