    We had booked eight rooms. We had checked in at 10.30 pm. The rooms were not ready. Cleaning was not done. No towels,drinking water, no running hot water, the extra beds were not arranged. We were three adults in each room, so they have not provided for the third towel and third water bottle. Only two staff members were available to cater all the rooms
