The room was clean and well maintained. Aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. The food was good. The staff is helpful. There is a tip box in the reception area so there js no pressure or expectation to tip individual staff members (which is quiet common in most hotels in India and is not a very pleasant experience), so kudos to the team for this initiative!I didn't give 5 stars for some very minor issues:1. Great location, very clean room and restroom, good breakfast. Definitely worth staying and value for money. Only downside is parking is a pain esp if you arrive in a large vehicle. They have limited parking and the street is super crowded.

Everything was okay. There was only one staff member who exceeded my expectations. He was very helpful in answering my questions and told me about the area. I wish I knew his name but he checked me in also. The towels were not clean. I requested a ride to the airport in the morning at 7AM and the staff member told me to come in the morning as it will only take 5 minutes to get. Top Notch, starting from warm welcome to amenities, from Food to Haveli experience. Highly recommended. It has nice little terrace from where you can enjoy a sip of your favourite beverage and get a glimpse of Jodhpur Fort. The street on which the Hotel (I would call a Haveli) is located, is very busy and kind of narrow. Excellent stay, super property and an awesome host in the form of Mr. Anshuman who also happens to be the owner of the property. Exquisite mix of modern with a flair of old palatial houses. Would definitely recommend this to all! All members within my family including my parents and kids loved this property! A must stay if you are visiting Jodhpur
